JENNA COLE

Growing up in Calistoga, Napa Valley I had the chance to see both my parents operating very different businesses.  My Mom, a home nursing service catering to patients in need of care.  My Dad, a CPA as a matter of fact about business as you could imagine.  For me I found my passion has always been a combination of both people and numbers.  I found my niche in the early 90's working for fortune 500 companies helping them expand their brands.  Utilizing my two loves it was a partnership that allowed people to achieve their goals and businesses to excel with financial gain.  Over 25 years balancing my two loves has been rewarding in many ways.  I feel growth is the backbone to everything we do.  I still continue to take courses and enhance my skills.  Over the years I have been an award winning operator and featured in Sacramento Magazines (Women in Business Issue), have helped open over a dozen full service/bar restaurants open new locations, 26 quick service businesses open and have had the opportunity to see people go from entry levels in companies to VP's.  Taking my competitive nature for numbers and results it has  catapulted me  into consulting, accounting, and taxes.  I have seen too often people who quickly achieved their financial goals needed assistance in managing their businesses and homes.  It hurt me to see success gone, by improper accounting or tax reporting.  That's why for me Cole Cares is unique in the sense that it tailors to each individual person's needs.  So with Cole Cares I still get to enjoy the personal connection of enjoying a cup of coffee while we dive into future growth!
